If you are just renewing your membership there is no need to fill in all the details, just fill in enough to ensure we can correctly identify you in our records. (Membership numbers would be useful as a way of keeping track of members.)
If you are just updating your membership details (eg after a change of address) it will be best if you can fill in all the other details so we can confirm your identity.
